Setareh comes from the Khalafi family — a name rooted in textile and fabric expertise since 1978. Her father, a master of the trade, spent nearly four decades building his knowledge of fibers, weaves, and materials.
She reads cotton the way a poet reads words: for weight, for breath, for what it can carry. She understands color not as decoration but as intention — selecting fibers for how they fall and catch light, building depth into every seam and silhouette.
